Questions
Everything you might want to check first
Your guide is a PDF, emailed to you as an attachment immediately after purchase.
Delivery
How will I receive my guide?
By email, instantly after purchase, as a PDF attachment. The file arrives attached to an email within moments of your payment clearing. There is no account to create, no download link that expires, and nothing is posted to you.
What email will it come from?
Emails come from guides@thetrumpaccountsguide.com. Adding that address to your contacts beforehand helps, since a message carrying an attachment is more likely to be held back by a spam filter.
My guide has not arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first — emails with attachments are the ones filters hold back most often. If you bought it as a gift, the guide goes to your recipient’s address rather than yours, though your receipt still arrives with you. If it is still missing after ten minutes, email support@thetrumpaccountsguide.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.
Ordering and gifts
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Select This is a gift at checkout and enter the recipient’s name and email. You can add multiple recipients — raise the quantity and you get one set of recipient fields per copy. Your receipt still comes to you.
How many can I order?
As many as you need. Each copy you order sends one guide. For orders above 100 copies, email support@thetrumpaccountsguide.com and we will arrange it directly.
What is your refund policy?
If your guide is not delivered or there is a technical problem, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a full refund. Email support@thetrumpaccountsguide.com and tell us the address you used at checkout.
How do I contact you?
Email support@thetrumpaccountsguide.com and we will get back to you.
About the guide
Does the guide show exactly how to open a Trump Account and claim the $1,000?
Yes. That is exactly what it covers, step by step — who is eligible, what you need to have ready, how to open the account, and how the government’s $1,000 contribution is claimed. Eight pages, plain English, about ten minutes to read.
What is the difference between the two guides?
They cover the same program and the same steps, written for your side of the family — one addresses you as the parent opening the account, the other as a grandparent contributing to or opening one for a grandchild. Buy whichever fits; you do not need both. Each is $17.76.
